The location was perfect for what we wanted. the staff was friendly (waseem was very helpful). i found the apartment nice and neat. the green park tube station was close by. This made getting around quite easy.

i noticed the carpet and furniture were quite dated and needed an upgrade. the backstreet was noisy at night, which disrupted my sleep.

the reception area is currently being refurbished. i also noticed the presence of narrow corridors within the building, something to note when navigating with luggage or mobility aids (but the apartments themselves were surprisingly large).

The location was AMAZING!!! I walked to many places easily. Catching a taxi was no problem at all. Staff were helpful. They even took in my shopping when I couldn't be there. The room stayed quiet despite the central location.

I noticed very slight wear and tear on the apartment walls. Nothing too drastic but a little bit of attention would fix it.

The apartment was spacious with a separate living room and bedroom. It gave me ample space to relax. Daily cleaning service provided fresh towels each day, useful. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a coffee maker and all essential utensils.

i loved how attentive and caring the staff were during our family trip the spacious and clean accommodations reminded me of a home away from home i also found the hotel's balance of apartment-style living with readily available hotel services really great it made the experience seamless and relaxed

the carpet and furniture seemed quite dated it could definitely use an upgrade plus the street behind the hotel was a bit noisy at night i found it disrupted my sleep

The location was convenient. we could walk to many destinations or use bolt and taxis for longer distances. the unit was spacious. The beds were comfortable. daily housekeeping was a bonus.

water pressure was very low! there was no hot water on the last morning and no one could look at it so i had to endure a freezing cold shower. there was no fan in the bathroom just a duct to the outside so it blew air in not out.

The apartment had a full kitchen. It included a coffeemaker so I could make my own coffee. The location of the hotel was great. A good pub was very close to the hotel.

The water pressure was low. I also found there was no hot water one morning. No one was able to fix it. I had to take a freezing cold shower.
